Qigong in Cumbria

Qigong has been named the Health & Fitness practice of 2021.

​

It is an ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine practice that combines the Mind, Body and Breath.

​

It involves slow considered movements which engage the mind, body & breath, taking you into the ‘Flow State’ allowing you to completely relax.

What are the benefits of Qigong?

Intro to Qigong Workshop

These half day workshops are an ideal way to learn and practice the different aspects of Qigong.

You will learn how to calm your mind, improve your posture, massage your internal organs and increase your lung capacity.

(classes can be recorded and emailed for you to do at a convenient time)

Monthly face to face Qigong & Meditation:

Saturday 9.30-10.30

Saturday 10.45 - 11.45
