I am continually learning new techniques and skills to enable me to work with clients in a holistic way. My wide range of experience from fitness to mental health, acupuncture, posture, movement and breathwork allow me to tailor a bespoke treatment plan for you.
I have always been passionate about exercise and have taught fitness classes for 30 years.
I am a keen Trail Runner and occasional Fell Runner, and you will often see me out and about in my local village Dalston with my pooch Pepsi running alongside me.
I love trying new techniques and combining the best of all the disciplines I learn into the classes I teach.
Age should not be a barrier to moving well and I encourage all ages to attend my classes.
I'm particular about technique in my classes and 1-2-1 sessions and always try and give clear instruction so that you get the most out of the exercises and movements whilst preventing injury.
