About Claire
I believe that exercise has a huge benefit to a person’s mental health, seeing people smiling and feeling good about themselves after exercise is as important to me as creating a healthy and toned body.


I have always been passionate about exercise and have taught fitness classes for 30 years.
I am a keen Trail Runner and occasional Fell Runner, and you will often see me out and about in my local village Dalston with my pooch Pepsi running alongside me.

I love trying new techniques and combining the best of all the disciplines I learn into the classes I teach.
I'm particular about good form in my classes and 1-2-1 sessions and always try and give clear instruction so that you get the most out of the exercises and movements whilst preventing injury.
Claire runs numerous Qigong, Breathing, Stick Mobility, Emotional Freedom Tapping Therapy and Fitness Classes in Dalston and Carlisle, Cumbria as well as online classes, 1-2-1 sessions and corporate Well-being workshops.
